because Trap Neuter and Return is a humane and effective way to control the population of Community Cats. Those cats, some who once had homes and were abandoned, live hard lives. Fighting to
survive, some are wounded and suffer. Providing help to Community caregivers and TNR services, saves countless lives and gives some cats a second chance at forever homes.
